Elliscars was established in 1950 by Rufus Davies and was the largest privately owned driving school in the UK. The company is now run by Philip Davies who is a third generation driving instructor and has over 32 years of experience teaching cars, LGV and PCV vehicles. Elliscars is currently based in Portchester Hampshire and teaches learner drivers how to drive and then to pass the DVSA driving test. We also specialise in D1 minibus training for schools and colleges but also for private companies and individuals who need to either drive professionally or to lift the D1 101 restriction for older drivers. We also cover advanced driver training and business driver training for companies who may need a driver training policy.
